Alongside my "Food Cravings" and "Comfort Foods" boards, I have a "Workout Inspirations" board. Pretty ironic, but I think a LOT of us on Pinterest do. One of my best friends is getting married at the end of June, so for the past month, I have been using a couple of these pins to help me lose some of this post baby weight .

I like Crystal Light also, but MiO is a liquid and not a powder and it doesn't leave that sweetener taste behind in your mouth. They are a little pricey but you can control how much you put in; a little or a lot. You can even get it at Target for $2.84 with their $1 off coupon. It's very tasty and helps me to drink more water.

Not only did I find this on Pinterest, but a friend of mine also recommended it. I did the Weight Watchers Program years ago. And I was successful on it. But now after having two kids, I don't have time to track not only calories and fat, but also fiber, carbs, and protein. I needed something that was easy and this was definitely the solution. I got the app for my phone and I just put in my height and weight and how much I wanted to lose a week. The app calculated everything and told me how many calories I needed to eat a day to lose a pound a week. I also added how active I am. I didn't think I was that active because I was comparing my life now as a Stay at Home Mom with no time to workout to the woman I was without kids who had a personal trainer 3 times a week and went to the gym. But according to My Plate, I can log doing laundry or running around after the kids as exercise. I started this program about a month ago and I have lost 5 pounds so far. It's really easy to use and I highly recommend it!
I admit there have been a few days that I have gone over my calories for that day and if I do it's up to me to find the time to get some exercise in so that I can gain more calories for the day ( almost like WW activity points). The exercise dvds I use are
